2015 NEW YORK Auto Show (04/03-04/12)

The current Malibu was just fine, just some minor tweaking here and there and Chevy had a legit winner, but with this upcoming model, it's like a miniature Impala. They didn't have to do too much to that car, it sort of looks like a cross between the Impala and the upcoming Optima. Not necessary.

I will never forgive Subaru for teasing us with the wrx concept and then releasing a car that looks nothing like it.

altho the current gen doesn't have the wow factor the concept did, there are def areas where it shows similarities.

i gotta say tho, that WRX concept is not a rally car at all. that **** had 20" rims, was dumb low to the ground and prolly had some design features that prolly didn't translate well in terms of safety.

Since we are on the BRZ (and FRS) topic, just wondering but would you guys pay $45k+ if the BRZ STI has ~300hp?

anything STI is slightly overpriced imo. last gen STIs didn't have the interior quality to match the pricetag. i mean damn i could spend less on a passat and get 3x better quality interior.

45 for a 300 HP BRZ STI will get curved with the quickness by consumers. thats OD money for...for what? current BRZ engine could be tuned and modded to 400+ HP, and with 45 you might as well grab a low mileage M3.

price it around 30 and they can move it.

and that civic design is BOLD lol, gonna pass this to my friends, see what they think. US getting type R and they are gonna release vtec turbos too?

not bad honda...

2016 Mercedes AMG G65 ($217,900)

Mercedes' ultimate off-roader is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V12 engine that makes 621 horsepower and a massive 738 lb-ft. of torque. Bolted to a seven-speed automatic transmission, the twelve-cylinder sends the behemoth from zero to 60 mph in just 5.3 seconds, a statistic that is downright impressive considering the G65 reportedly tips the scale at nearly 6,000 pounds. Top speed is electronically limited to 143 mph.

Starting at $32,410 (*not including a $825 destination charge), the Maxima retains the current car's powertrain, featuring a 3.5-liter V6 and a continuously variable transmission. Unlike its predecessor, though, the new fullsizer boasts 300 ponies, up from 290. While the power figures and displacement of the new V6 are similar to last year's model, Nissan claims over 60 percent of the parts in the new 3.5 are new. That means not only more power, but a 15-percent improvement in highway fuel economy, with the Maxima estimated to hit 30 miles per gallon. The CVT is also new, with Nissan claiming it's now "performance oriented."

Isnt the type r EU only?

Also the new max interior is nice but it looks like an Altima. An Impala and an Optima had an orgy and this car was the result. With maybe a facial from a Lex to the grill
