NT is full of smart innovative people. If you have the money, what business would you want to start?

You can share yours and then comment and critique others.

I recently started www.tripcinema.com. living in Orlando, there's millions of families that come every year to enjoy their stay at the multiple theme parks. I realized that families hate bringing cameras and always having a family member missing in their videos and pictures. Also, having to deal with memory cards, selfie sticks, etc, it's a hassle. So as a filmmaker, I realized that I should film their vacations and turn them into a film. Just like how couples pay wedding videographers, I do the same for the family on vacation. Candid, fun and memorable :D

thoughts? questions? we're the first company to ever do it so i'd love to get some instant feedback or concerns

Thats not a bad idea at all, how much business have you gotten? If i lived in a city with a major active them park (LA) i would steal that idea  jk

I always thought about making a Mobile barbershop. Get a Sprinter van and make it into a 1 or 2 seat barber chair, hardwood floors, TVs, make an app where you can make appt/reservations and can track the van when its on its way. The barber would come to you and cut your hair right inside the van. This is geared towards the professionals or people who dont have time to get to a barbershop or need a cut right away during lunch or something

Well I have partnered up with other filmmakers in theme park'y' areas but we literally just started so getting the word out there is going to be tough. The challenge is trying to find my target audience. I'm obviously not for the budget families and so finding the rich families on no budgets is tough. Also, simply introducing the idea of having someone with you on vacation can be weird so it'll be a challenge. i used to do documentaries on homeless families and one family is back on their feet but definitely can't afford a trip to disneyworld. so i'm saving up and going to take them on a day or two in disneyworld and then use their video as our company's first sample. crossing my fingers the idea will catch on one day

(if you are a filmmaker or photographer, i'd love to partner up with you and i'll let you know if I have any clients in your area)

That's a GREAT idea honestly... no rent to pay...genius. I've seen this work great for nail salons and massage therapists. I could imagine a bunch of vans driving around one day with barbers

DO IT! gotta just push yourself and the fact that it's working somewhere else should push you even more. when it's up and running, let me know and let's get your first commercial done. (just fly me out there and a free haircut and we can call it even
