Bout to fight him now, was coming here to say did yall find the Charred clothing? Poison resistance is better on it I just found it.

From the checkpoint b4 this boss when you go down the stairs and there are crows to the right of them, u can jump off that ledge, just roll when you falling so you can break the fall and drop to a lower ledge instead of a straight drop down.

The Rifle Spear is also available here as well.

Personally couldn't beat BSB solo, neither could any of my friends. If you agreed to cooperate with Alfred (the cleric), you can stand on that little light near the stairs, ring your beckoning bell and immediately coop with him. You could also wait to get a 3rd person in as well. REALLY helps.

I did use him and almost finished him, on the 2nd run I did this evening however he didn't come after I rang my bell. He left me hanging :frown:

Man I hate how the camera zooms in so close when you fight bosses. I'm fighting Father G and when he transforms he gets all in my face and I get stuck on everything because I can't see :smh:

Aside from that my only gripe is the load times. Whenever I die, I just want to give because the load times piss me off even more. Other than that, this game is great and addicting as hell. Me and brother both hooked and are considering copping Dark Souls 2 later down the line.

I think the camera is only inconvenient for the first 2 bosses, Cleric Beast because there's no space and you're always up close, and Father G because of the headstones everywhere. The later boss areas are pretty open and the camera behaves well.

Some of these youtubers are cheating their viewers with the memory loss glitch. A good half of the fights don't go anything like their game lol

Father G is no more :smokin

I feel like I cheated though, I threw a few molotovs at him once he transformed. The camera was messing me up too much |I

I beat him solo this afternoon :smokin

dawg. bout to have to add you so you can carry my bloodtinge character through the next billion bosses :frown:

It took me a handful of tries before I beat him, the large pillars in the room you fight him in help a lot to block his constant attacking

Is there a reason some of the notes so a star wars holographic dude like this?
Not sure if you're still looking for an answer but I just figured this one out.  You can apparently leave gestures with notes.  So for instance if there's a secret in a specific direction you could leave a pointing gesture as well as note about what it could be.

What general direction should you head after beating BSB? I'm kind of lost on where to go :nerd:

Did you kill the boss in the Grand Cathedral yet?

I got to the top of the cathedral i think? and every time I try to go to the bottom i die trying to drop down on those platforms..

Nah that's the regular cathedral. There's a grand cathedral which houses the next boss. You can either unlock the gates that open that area up with the 10000 echo key from the bath messengers, or drop to the bottom of that tower and find the shortcut behind the gates.

Key from the bath messengers? I'll have to look that up, seems like the best way to go about it. Thank you!

I did the witch boss before Amelia. Amazing boss fight BTW. If you're having trouble with Amelia in the cathedral go for the witch village/boss first. I did that section, got better as a player, and whooped Amelia's *** right afterwards.

Plus the added benefit of runes never hurt.

I ended up getting caught by the sack guy outside the cathedral ward and then explored that whole area, which apparently I was way under leveled for at the time

.  Those 2 pigs in that area make for a good blood farming spot at that point in the game though.
