AJ 11 SPACE JAM (pretty sure fake)

Got these online from an ebay seller, with positive seller feedback. The price was kind of too good to be true at 500, but I took a chance because the seller offers returns. So if in case it was not legit I would be able to get a refund; if not, then I just copped a nice pair. From what I saw in the pictures they looked legit. When I got them it was a different story.

I already issued my refund, and stated my reason. He tried to tell me these are Authentic, so I slammed him with a giant paragraph why they are not and he hasn't responded since. Today is the last day for this case to be resolved. If he doesn't refund me by tomorrow, I can ask ebay to step in; and I have a strong case.

What do you think I should do with these if I get my refund AND get to keep them...what would you do?

When u want a refund, u know u have to shipped them back to the seller in order to get ur money back right?

Let's just hope u didn't wear them thinking u get to keep them because they are fake,if u did, say hello to your new shoes,u shouldn't be waiting for your case to be resolve, only way to resolve it is by u shipping them back to the seller in the condition it came in, then once he receive he will issue back your refund. Only thing u lose in this is paying for return shipping,but sometimes the seller pays if he has that option

Based off this, whether I ship them back right now or not, the seller has to issue the refund. If the seller is not responding or will not issue it, I will have to escalate it to ebay anyway. The case can be extended to the 7th but starting today the 1st I have the option to escalate it to ebay since the seller has not responded in a few days. I rather hold on to them and see what ebay has to say rather than give them back and end up with nothing once its settled if it doesn't go my way. These days, the buyer has more power on ebay than the seller.

Yea pretty much. In the listing he had a return option as well. So he can not ignore it, but he is.

The seller does not have to issue u a refund into u send back his shoes ,yes I know about buyer protection on ebay,I have brought fakes on ebay 3 times and all 3 times the case never gets escalated because the seller usually works with the buyer they don't want to get bad feedbacks that's why most time they dont hassle with buyer about refund

so click that return option,then print out label,notify ebay or pp,let them know u are shipping shoe back to seller

What u trying to get out of this ? U trying to keep his fake shoes, no way in hell that would happen..he's already giving u the option to return without talking to him. Don't worry he can't screw u, once u make printing label it will track the package back to him then paypal will release ur $

I've already issued the refund. I don't know where that option is to return the item. I'm guessing the seller has to accept the return first.

In the return details, my only options are to send a message, ask ebay to step in, or add more pictures.

In a situation like this the buyer has 14 days to returned once he receives package,the seller is trying to stall u by not responding and that's not his fault because he already gives u the option to return,u don't need his permission

U stated he has a return option right? So click it and it will ask if u want to print shipping label paid by seller,which is a good deal because most the time sellers don't give u that option

but if he doesnt have the return option,then yes u will have to wait for his answer
