and now u understand why its hard. and like i said a couple pages back... im VERY active. i actually look forward to running and hooping and swimming etc etc. i even went on a "diet" last year. but its not what u think. i went to a dietitian to fix my eating habits. she made me eat like 6 times a day. it was ridiculously hard. way too much food. HAd to eat every 3 hours starting at 7am. and i had to eat A LOT in every meal. in the end i couldn't keep up with how much she wanted me to eat. id be hooping or running, and would have to stop to eat 16 baby carrots and hummus and 2 oranges. i f**king hated it.You need to burn 3,500 calories off for 1 lb
