Yes Pac is from NY
But Pac didn't become a "thug" until he started hanging with NY cats. Do ya research. Son was a dancer for digital underground in Cali. After the God did Above the Rim (or around that time), he started hanging with NY cats..Haitian Jack, Jimmy Henchmen, Stretch Walker (RIP) and E Money Bags (RIP)

He was hanging with cats that was respected and feared in these NY streets so he started to adopt that street persona.
 
Hatian Jack was the one who hit Pac with the Jux.

Biggie warned Pac about hanging with street catz in foreign states, but he ain't wanna listen.

I ain't haitian but i think I know what spot you talking about.

You know them codfish partties? Idk what they're called but it's a flaky (crossoint like) square shaped pastry stuffed with cooked saltfish.

I would kill for those...facts

LA got that nice weather but I kinda prefer 4 seasons. NYC gets a little too extreme with the weather but for the most part it's cool.

Cali got some nice pizza joints. Just gotta find the right ones. Not the big chains. Just went to some spot out in Manhattan Beach, and it was fantaboulous. 'Twas a calzone though. Don't judge me
