he definitely won't do life much less get the death penalty

he'll get a couple of years or like house arrest. something soft like that.

i got no faith in this justice system

I don't understand what you haven't learned yet... in NYC and I'm assuming everywhere else... cops are untouchable.

Look when that Eric Garner crap happened they put pressure on Mayor Di Blasio and he folded.

They have the power and politics in their pockets because of their unions and they are the law and all power would be lost if lawmakers or whoever goes against them and the last thing the government wants is a rebellion or civil unrest.

I know cops in NYC and the stuff they tell me man :smh:

You guys wouldn't believe what they are trained and the code of silence they uphold :smh:

A lot of the NYC cops are greedy and do dirt on the side to make extra money on top of all the benefits they get.

It's going to happen man believe me their is no way that a murder charge can hold up just off the strength that the dude ran.

Cop got caught lying but all he's going to say is due to recent events he was scared how things could/might unfold and he reacted and was scared for his life.

They choked and killed Eric Garner and knew they were being filmed and they got off with no charges.

It would be murder if dude was hancuffed on his knees or something and cop executed him then maybe, but that murder charge isn't going to hold up no chance at all.

They have a better case going for 2nd degree murder and then maybe that charge can stick, but cops and their unions are in bed with lawmakers and their unions.

All that's going to happen is people will march, protest then it will become an afterthought until the next killing or some other big news story happens.

I know most are upset by what I'm saying, but it's the truth.

Exactly, there isn't enough evidence for a first degree conviction and the state knows this. They charged him to make it look good. They'll stretch the case out while he is out on bond, try the victim in the media, start a GofundMe account for him. Same process, same outcome

This is exactly what will happen and I just said this in my previous post.

Should have charged him with 2nd degree murder because they they have at least a chance, but no way was that first degree murder.

That was pretty coldblooded. Cop was extra casual the way he fired. Almost seems fake it was so casual. 
 
His supporters are going to like money so he can get a great lawyer.

Our supporters are going to march hand in hand. Maybe even forgive the guy, hold a couple press conferences about black lives matter then things will go back to normal until the next event.
