VIDEO South Carolina officer shoots fleeing man in back 8 times, plants taser on him (pedestrian cat

If god is anyrthing else.. please show me the physical proof.. but thats what i call them.. most SWS dont like that term if they are a extrme christian and i say.. well who governs them.. thats the name i give them.. Pigs the animal has no power so i cant call them a pig.

2nd degree manslaughter only carries a $1000 fine and up to 4yrs in jail as well in OK!!!
but murders harder to prove when its God vs Black

Citing.... George Zimmerman as the biggest case and he wasnt even a cop..

manslaughter may actually stick.. i stil dont see him getting more than a year
aint no way. Dude was on the ground subdued and this clown felt the need to comeup and so called taze him but shot him.   Either way with his old age this stress and jail time will probably bring down his health big time

So I guess the lesson here is cop's story = no indictment.  On video = indictment, but only if someone is shot.  Choking someone out doesn't count.

"**** your breath"

Damn
mean.gif

All fun and games til "innocent" cops start dropping. ****** gonna get fed up eventually

Only thing is u ain't walking away free but it is what it is. And spare me that handle it thru the other way ****. Marching ain't working bruh its not. If they riot this time at least go ruin their neighborhood

As corny as this may sound, what needs to be done is people picking themselves up by the bootstraps & getting an education. Making sure their kids get an education & infiltrate the system from within. Become lawyers, doctors, accountants, pharmacists, elected officials, etc & change the culture from within.

Black people have been systemically kept from achieving & advancing & no one seems to be doing anything about it. There are no true black leaders anymore. Some start to come up but then get seduced by the machine with power, greed, & get corrupted so they end up losing their way.

After over a decade of volunteering in Baltimore City via a number of ways, nothing has changed or gotten better. In some ways there have been minor changes. I wouldn't say improvement because that's too strong a word.

Those jobs won't knock down systematic white supremacy [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji] most folks in those positions won't put it at risk by speaking out against it....until black people establish an economic base then this **** will continue

The Mexican community got more flex than the black because they control their damn dollar

Awww damn Marcus... Of all people I thought you might undestand... If people got the kind of advancement the likes of Martin, Malcolm, Huey Newton, & Bobby Seale were envisioning, black folks would've been a much greater force in annals of history & society today.

Imagine if we were steadily churning out college educated kids (&/or kids with a vocational education) from our inner cities & such.... The whole socio economic & societal landscape would be radically changed.

Idealistic I know but still...

It's crazy to look at history & look at all these great black leaders were either killed or jailed & nothing was really done about it. Our country has been pacified as planned.

One of the greatest movies ever. EVER.

Your idea isn't wrong but I just think it's more than just that...we have to establish an economic base and not just with people that achieve success with those type of careers. Even "poor" blacks are spending money with businesses owned by non blacks

I've watched the Mexicans in my city take a black part of town and turn it into their own. They have their own businesses/banks/doctor office on that side. Majority of that community wasn't even in America 20 years ago and seeing what they achieved is :pimp: I just wish blacks could do the same

We have an abundant amount of black women getting education. Matter of fact, I think they're leading in that category (correct me if I'm wrong).

It's the young black men that we have to get to finish college...

Well one thing you have to take into account is Mexicans weren't brought here forcibly & then systemically prejudiced against in every which way possible for centuries.

One thing a lot of ethnic groups like Mexicans, Koreans, etc have is the ability to borrow money from within their ethic group outside of banks. They also get help building business too. Black people don't have set ups (for lack of a better term) like that to help each other.

I was talking to the manager at my local Dunkin Donuts whose Indian. I've gotten to befriend him since I've gone there pretty much every day for the last 9 years. He was telling me how his people have helped each other basically take over Dunkin Donut franchises nationally & the hotel industry too. They work within their community, etc... Amazing really...

Edit - Obviously, this is a much broader conversation & the things I'm talking about are very broad strokes.

Edit pt II - I sitll can't believe we live in a society where it's ok for police to kill citizens "in the name of the law". Imagine of these were white citizens... rush limbaugh & fox would be outside their damn minds. :smh:

We need to link anti-tax rage to calls for police reform.

When a city settles with a family that's won a wrongful death suit, guess who pays for it?

That's right. Me and you [http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2015/01/police-misconduct-payments-eric-garner-nypd]

Why are taxpayers footing the bill on wrongful death suits?

If the city (re: us) has to pay for the settlements, police officers--as a collective--should receive no raises and their pensions reduced.

Moral suasion and the #blacklivesmatter movement cannot alter anti-blackness. But if we tap their material assets, that whole Fraternal union brotherhood might work to keep fellow officers in line.

I've been saying that for years. In fact, I think the cops and the unions should have to contribute to the settlement. Black lives might not matter to them but their pensions matter to them. The problem is that police don't have skin in the game for their misconduct. Maybe if they had to pay financially it could make them more accountable.
