As the title says, I'm looking for a place to hit up in NYC for my bday this weekend. Preferably a club or lounge that's more on the casual side (not too pricey & no super strict dress code). Any recommendations my NT brethren?

Sky Room. Get like 10-15 people to roll with you, get a table and some bottles and you be paying like 150 a head. Just make sure you book it in advance.

throw a pizza party in the pink houses and get some chicken from that linden chicken spot fly ny always talks about.

Skip the club or lounge b and go to one of new yorks famous speakeasy. I recommend death & co, Raines law room or employees only. Good luck finding/getting in but once in nothing else compares atmosphere wise.

^ where in the city are those places located? And why do you say good luck finding them/getting in?

Btw I am from NY. But not the city, I'm from Long Island. I dont get to go out to the city too often so I only know very few good spots out there. I just wanted to try some place new for my bday instead of goin someplace that I've been to before.

I mean it's a speakeasy cause it's hidden. But from what I remember

Raines law room is on 17st in between 6 and 5th Ave. it's a black door with the number 48 or 46 written on top. Do not knock on the door they wil not answer. Ring the bell.

Death & co is on 6st Between 1st Ave and ave A in the lower east side. Might wanna call or get there early always a wait.

Employees only is on Christopher st and 9th or 10th and is my favorite overall.

Another good one but popular now is bathtub gin on 18th and 9th ave. might be the easiest to find.

Look up speakeasy before you go fam. It's a different (better) drinking experince than your average bar. Dark setting with ridiculous quality drink. World class drinks. Some have dress codes and don't be yelling/talking loud too. Speakeasy is the ultimate bar experience imo.

On second thought, if you can't find or get into those places just check out a rooftop bar or any one of the bars inside the ace hotel.
