Kingpin and Tombstone are both supposed to be black out of the crime lords in NYC.  Kingpin is from the bronx and Tombstone is from Harlem.  They're the new crime lords that threaten the older guard like Silvermane aka Silvio Manfreddi who's italian.

The only black kingpin i've seen was michael clarke duncan. People watched daredevil and probably think the character was originally black.

Michael Clark Duncan got picked for the role of Kingpin in the 2003 Daredevil movie cuz he was the best actor for the role.

That's it.

From what I remember wasn't even a lot of outcry about it. Funny if ppl think Kingpin was suppose to be black just off that movie.

First DAREDEVIL Season 2 Footage Shown At NYCC

Here's the description of the footage courtesy of IGN: "In montage, we see Daredevil in full costume going down a grimy stairway, Elektra putting on a veil-type mask across her lower face, and bullet shells being picked up off the floor of a crime scene. We see Karen looking at an x-ray-type image of a stylized skull... and then Frank Castle aka the Punisher (we don't see his full face) walks down what appears to be a hospital corridor holding a gun. In voice over he says just one word, 'Beg.'" However, other sites are reporting that he could be heard saying, "Vindication. Your work is not yet finished," during a second viewing.

I'm hearing so far is that JJ is very mature. To the point where people who brought their kids to the screening got really uncomfortable.

They do say that the color filter for JJ is a little more vibrant and that it doesn't look as washed out like on DD.

Spoiler: Warning: Spoiler!

Smash cut to Luke on top of Jessica in his bed, going at it with a sexual fury unlike anything Marvel (or DC, for that matter) has even come close to putting on screen. She eggs him on, and when he warns her that she might not be able to take it, she insists she can. At that point, he flips her over and starts taking her from behind while the camera focuses on her impassioned face. It's a scene where Jessica is in total control of her sexuality. Whatever her reason may be for banging Luke, she's doing it on her terms. It's the way real-life grown-ups have sex, not the way neutered TV superheroes do. The audience at Comic Con seemed to simultaneously clutch its pearls and lean forward in titillated fascination.

Luke Cage is going to be super interesting, living upstairs of a chinese restaurant in Harlem, works at a barbershop in the day and a gangster owned nightclub at night while having explosive sex scenes with a white woman with super strength

@ the line this isn't the neutered sex scenes tv superheroes usually have. I can't even recall many superhero sex scenes. Passionate kisses and that's it.

I knew this wasn't safe for kids but if any part of that was in the NYCC trailer

...as Niketalk's resident outcast that doesn't get props or reps for anything positive, I take pleasure in saying I saw the first episode at Comic Con.

That's torture.

When it comes to good netflix series I aint never just watched the first ep and just stop, I get at least 2 eps in the can.

Oliver smashing felicity is the only one I can think of. To be fair arrow is the only show where a sex scene is a possibility since Barry is team YNS
