I'd kinda want Ghost Rider to stay a movie.

CGI budget won't be big enough on netflix. Eps gonna look like the cgi Flash got. Not good enough imo.

If they did it, probably come up with a completely different way to depict GR's flaming head.
You don't want GR to stay THAT movie tho....Nick Cage is hawt gahbedge

I guess...smh

Make GR a Netflix film or mini series, you can keep the darker and grittier tone like DD and JJ but also the CGI budget could be increased and probably look better since you don't have to stretch it over 13 hours.

Am I the minority here in saying that I have no big interest in Ghost Rider?

The NicCage GR movie is already far out of my mind. If Marvel makes a GR movie it will be better than that by default.

Like they'll make a better GR movie without trying.

Nah no huge group is really demanding it. I'm pretty sure more ppl would rather Blade return.

I feel either way a GR movie or series would be harder to tackle given we haven't seen Dr. Strange yet. The whole magic and demons has to be handled a certain way.

Thing is MCU quality will make you change your mind on anything. Never cared for Ant-Man but I enjoyed the movie a great deal.

Fair enough. CGI's the only real issue they'd come across I think, because besides whatever Rider they wanted to use you'd have to take his villains into account as well.

I also want to see how they handle IF first, Out of all the Defenders, that's going to be the one where CGI is going to be required the most and we can get a decent idea what they are working with on Netflix.

What kind of big bad do you think they're going to establish that the Defenders will have to fight?

Will it be the hand or something else?

See, as spoken about above, we have to take overall budget into account. Though since the entire team is going to be featured I naturally assume that the Defenders will be working with more money than these solo-act shows are. The classic team is made up of Hulk, Silver Surfer, Dr. Strange, and Namor, so naturally they're fighting guys that this team really shouldn't be, like Dormammu (Who'll probably appear in Strange's film anyways).

The Hand works in terms of numbers, but I think the writers would want to come up with someone new solely for the team, maybe even in order to bring them together at all. If the heroes are teaming up, the villains from each series could team up as well (Depending on who exactly is alive or dead when Defenders rolls around). They could do the Masters of Evil, as that's typically a team composed of a solid group of bad guys.

So I'm pretty sure Netflix and Marvel don't have any sort of exclusivity agreement, as plenty of DC properties appear on Netflix...why hasnt DC attempted to produce a show in that format?  There are MAD DC properties that would be ill on Netflix

GuessWB wants to give their channels all the shows. What shocks me is they haven't put a DC show on HBO yet. Apparently Time-Warner, the parent company of WB, owns HBO

I keep repeating myself but the Hand teams up with the Steel Serpent and they resurrect Killgrave :smokin

Bunch of ninjas from the hand, warriors from K'un Lun, and a mind controlling sociopath to face off against. Make it so the heroes don't even know they've teamed up. Just a complete onslaught on them.

They could fit a Luke Cage villain as well but he doesn't have many that are coming to mind.

All this Nic Cage slander. He is not even that bad of a actor. Personally I like the first ghost rider, 2nd one not so much. Hell I even have the Blu Ray of Ghost Rider.

Hes certainly not a terrible actor.  But he has chosen some TERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE movies to be apart of, Ghost Rider being high on that list

First Ghost Rider I could understand watching and as a film that was "meh" or "ok". Second one was just terrible however.
