Jessica Jones is good but not as good as Daredevil, well personally DD just felt more like a series overall while JJ is more of a very, very long movie (not in a bad way). Definitely has less of a comic book feel and a lot less action and rarely any easter eggs.

Great villain though but I guess any villain that lasts more than an episode would be good.

Will go deeper into the review once I get some sleep and gather my thoughts.

The last few episodes in which Daredevil was recovering and all that is why I put this show above it. I hated that episode when Foggy was mad, and it didn't have the best finale. Wasnt bad, but JJ to me was more consistent and ended on a better note.

I felt the opposite. To me DD ran like one long movie and I liked JJ better.

JJ felt like a movie to me because it was more focused on JJ and Kilgrave while DD felt more like a tv series because it went off different tangents, fighting different villains and telling different stories.

JJ felt more linear and you really see JJ fighting Kilgrave through 13 episodes. DD felt like it had stages or different levels if that makes sense.

I'm liking JJ better than dd. Couldn't stand that lame, crying baby kingpin.

This guy Purple Man is taking creepy to big levels. How the hell does this fool find copies of family pictures from 20-25 years ago?

Everyone i've talked to about the show so far has fell in love with Luke Cage. Had my boy call me up in the middle of him watching Episode 2 saying "Yo, no one else should ever play this guy. They found the one!"

I was really waiting for Simpson to name some of the dudes in his black ops squad and say the name "Frank". That was the main easter egg i was thirsty for

Yeah MCU is legit child's play compared to what Netflix is pulling off, I can't see Jessica, Luke and Matt mixing it up with the colorful comedic avengers...
I don't know why people keep saying this. To me it's akin to rich and poor. Different lives, yet we all coexist. Somewhat the same here. The Avengers, at the end of the day, are brighter than those in the Netflix series, because they have somewhat better lives.

He's one of the dudes that's been trying too hard ever since MCU movie success. Like he mad everybody else is praising it so he has to find things to complain about while praising something else.

I see no problems in these two worlds interacting. Gotta be aware this is the evolution of the MCU. Feige been said so.

The way ppl talk is as if a whole other studio is handling the netflix shows. If they wanted they could've made all the movies the same sort of style and tone.

I love the hints like Trica learning Krav Maga

Yeah they pretty much laid out her origin story throughout the series. I wonder if Simpson is gon try to fix things again, or will he be full psycho next go around.
I think every time he see that Doc he loses more & more of his sanitity so good chance he's a full on psychopath next time we see him.

pretty much, people think its unrealistic for these two worlds to be in the same MCU

but try and imagine how a street cat would interact with a god in real life, just as strange

I could totally see cap, BW, banner and hawkeye hanging out with the street level heros though. Tony seems like he's too rich to hang around hells kitchen

wonder if cap gets royalties on his stuff in the MCU, maybe that's how he affords to spend all his time working out

That's the best part, world's collide in the strangest way.

Matt Murdoch defends Tony Stark in a drunk while operating his Iron Man armor case that was really set up by the combined forces of the Mandarin and the Hand :smokin BOOM!

in the comics JJ went to the same highschool as peter parker

how far is hells kitchen from where steve rogers grew up?

I thought the effect they used when you saw Kilgrave in the trailers/1st episode was gonna be how they showed his power the entire season.

 happy I was wrong

so my understanding of kilgrave's powers are that he has a time and range limit

if anyone is outside of the range limit for the time limit then his mindcontrol stops working

can someone confirm this?
