That last Shades-Miranda interaction was...awkward. Misty was looking like a gawdess at the end though. All in all very pleased. Raw blackness, the culture, references, and a bulletproof black man in a hoodie being a hero... couldn't have asked for much more. 7/8

I've never seen The 4400, but Mahershala Ali is a great actor. Cottonmouth was one of the best parts of the series. He needs to play Black Manta for his next role.

If we talking movie Avengers then scumbag Steve is a match for Luke as far as taking a few hits but he couldn't knock Luke out just with his hands and shield.
In the comics, not many stand a match outside of the obvious. Although Spidey not holding back could over power him.
Movie Iron Man, it depends how he's written. After he got jobbed in CW in pretty sure Luke could do the same. Guess it depends on how Luke's skin reacts to those repulsor rays (Steve never caught a direct hit from those).

Dude Captain America is easily one of the weakest Avengers in general
He's Batman standing next to Superman, Wonder Woman, and the others. Highly skilled and good when it comes to tactics, but a very basic power set and he has to rely on his mind to get him out of most scrapes.

It's kinda a wash for me.
The marvel movie villains feel very generic and not very memorable.
The Netflix villains are more memorable but sometimes for the wrong reasons.
Fisk is a simp with a speech disability.
Mariah bobbles her head too much and acts like she's on drugs. I also don't get how she morphs from this powerful political lady into this malleable simpleton that gets her strings pulled by Shades.
The Purple Man was great and probably the best villain out of all the mcu.
Cottonmouth was good but wasn't around for very long.
Diamondback was really weird. I understand he was going for crazed reverend's son but I wasn't feeling it. The way his eyes flared like a crazy dude and the way he spoke. Just no. He was trying too hard.
