AIR JORDAN 8 AQUA RESTORATION QUESTION

So I bought these Aqua 8's off eBay awhile ago for very cheap. Less than $100 with some flaws like sole separation & paint chipping. When I received them, as I inspected them I noticed the bottom graphic part was all yellowed and soggy. My guess is that due to the sole separation, some water got inside and must have damaged it. I know a long time ago I saw some website that was selling this specific piece, at the time I figured I didn't need to fix it, but now I want to and can't seem to find the website anymore. I was hoping maybe someone on here might have the answer. I was also wondering if anybody knew how to fix the material on the strap as it seems it's faded & what type of glue I can use to fix the sole separation. Gorilla Glue, Shoo Goo, or barge cement? Which one wouldn't damage the upper? Thanks for reading, any help is appreciated!

the strap is faded i don't really know what to do there but on the heel I'm pretty sure they have glue made for that but if not i would use super glue because i and a pair of lebron 10 elite sport turq and the carbon fiber on the side was ripped and i used super glue and you could never tell it was ripped but for sole separation I'm not real sure
