Why the **** do fast food workers get attitude when u ask for extra sauce packets?????

if you complain about your job then push yourself for something better than just complaing because they wont pay you more to do your job you cant even do right 95% of the time
Yup, build the resume and move on. There's an employee at my job now, been there for 15 years, and complains about EVERYTHING. Yet, he hasn't taken the initiative to find a new job and get out. Doesn't make sense. He's causing trouble by his comments and now received his final warning from HR.

I think people don't understand how fortunate they are to have a job.

It's not just about the sauces, in general they are usually very rude and short with you. It is the exception when you find a polite one. I assure you the rude ones are lifers, while the polite individuals realize that a job is a job and if you work your *** off at that one, chances are you are destined for better things.

What irks me more than anything is minimum wage employees taking their jobs waaaaay too seriously :smh:

They shouldn't take it seriously since they make minimum wage?

It's good they are taking their job seriously I wouldn't want to lose my job breaking a rule for some people I don't even know.

I don't pay the 10 cents per bag I bring my own reusable bags it's a hassle at first but you get used to it

Im talking about the ones that go above and beyond the call of duty of their minimum wage job. Not the ones that take it seriously, the ones that take it waaaaay more seriously than they have to. For example:

My boys and I were at an amusement park and we had a voucher to go in the express line and ride a ride at 530. It's pouring outside and we're trying to get on this ride and then leave. We get there at 5:15 and this ol Ive been working minimum wage for 20+ years *** employee is like naw yall gotta wait the 15 minutes. We're pleading with this dude like yo come on man its pouring, we're trying to leave, and theres no where to wait, can we please just get on this ride and leave. No sorry comeback in 15 minutes.

I was ******* heated. He went to take a break like 2 minutes later and we asked the girl covering for him and she let it ride. :smokin

In my experience most of the time it's the old MW employees that are like this. (not saying all old MW employees are like this, just in my experience when they are like this, they are also old. I've encountered some cool *** MW employees that were old)

\rant

Places be charging 50 cents to refill drinks....

I just use my little nephew to get refills. :smokin Free .99

i get the anger at those who work 'min wage' jobs and try to be strict substitute teacher...

but is it really that bad?

this society is probably the most wasteful in the world....north americans waste food and other things to the ultimate extreme....

you think the owner of these places don't see their garbage bins full of ketchup packs, and all other type of sauce packets unopened?

why would i continuously give you something that you are just throwing away?

i am guilty of this myself...if a dude is working a min wage job and their manager says if you do this one too many times, you will be fired, then more than likely he going to police it in fear of losing his job...

It sounds like you don't like when people do their jobs because you think minimum wage jobs are less important.

They are but thats not what I'm saying. For example, if you work at pizza hut, and i order a pepperoni pizza, just throw an adequate amount of pepperoni slices on it, dont spend extra time making sure theres 7 pepperoni slices on each slice and there lined up perfectly. It aint that serious bruh

People look down on ff employees but dont realize if they didnt work there and pursued better careers yo *** couldnt get a burger and an oreo mcflurry at 3am.

You cant demand a service while simultaneously degrading those who provide it 4 u

I dont do any of that lol. I respect minimum wage employees as most of them are using it as a stepping stone to a better career as i had to do myself. Its the ones that trip over little things that irk me. (Ftr I dont encounter these people that often)

Bruh... Sometimes I just ask for a cup of water.

They end up giving me those small 4oz cups.... ZERO dambs given.

I proceed to sit next to the soda machine and refill every 2 minutes! :smokin
