I boiled my chicken in a big pot for about 15 mins. Par-boil.
Seasoned with
Black Pepper
Chili Powder
Cumin
Kosher Salt
Garlic Powder
Then I threw some drops of the picture below on each piece of chicken.
Baked on 350 for 45 minutes with cover on.
Take cover off, put under broiler on low for about 15 mins until it blackens.

I get it. He was over.
buuuut He ******* sucks now. Dude can't stay uninjured if his life depended on it.
He's not even great in the ring anymore. He's a more risky, slower version of his old self.
His suicide dive is legit so terrible it made him go from top 5 to my least favorite active wrestler under the age of 40.
Give Axel, Fandango, or Rose the strap over him.

Just to be unhealthy around this same time last year. Can't perform and forces a last minute emergency tournament for his title.
Then he comes back. Earlier than he should have due to his passion for the business and his craft.
Gets put in, an albeit lower level of prominence, but still a great role grabbing the ic title and maybe being the one to bring some prestige back,
