Custom 12 suede dye and inner lining paint

I am working on a pair of Cool Grey 12s. I was planning on dying the suede blue over the grey. Hopefully it turns out the correct color if you have a different opinion on the way it will turn out please let me know! I also need helpful tips on how to paint the inner liner where the grey is either blue or orange but need tips on how to do that. Here is the shoe I'm starting with and a draft I attempted to make in 2k.
