Liking pictures on Instagram/ Retweeting on twitter while in a serious relationship

This seems like a on going thing with couples now because how big social media is apart of our lives. I have a serious girl friend now who I am very much in love with.

Before getting with her I already established how sexual of a person I am towards women. I love the female body you could say I am somewhat obsessed with it. I love breasts I love booty, love hips, yambs, legs I love it all. I have been with several women before her. For the first time in the last 7 years I have been faithful with a girl the whole 9 months we've been together.

The issue of me following lots of hot girls on Insta, liking hot girls pictures, retweeting hot girls and sexual things on twitter came up early when we started dating. I then un-followed some not all but some, there are some I know or knew still that I follow. She always brings it up to me when I like too many pictures or a hot girl's picture. She went as far as un-followed even more girls that I was following because they were hot, and again some that I actually knew. I did not confront her about that yet.

?

I can't be the only guy in a situation similar to this. Can anybody relate?

Insecure gf is insecure. Run for the hills before you get a call from your sister/mom/female cousin and she flips out with "IS YOU F-ING THAT EAUX????"

Any girl who takes twitter and instagram seriously has like 10 redflags just because.

i can see how some people would care about this, and i can see how some people wouldn't care. it's one of those things that not that serious, but it can be an opportunity for things to get out of hand. 'liking' a picture can EASILY be e-flirting. but then again, it may not be. Such as homies liking a picture.

Do you really need to be double clicking on pictures b?
This.  You don't have to "like" those pictures.

To me it seems like you rely too much on social media to get your rocks off.

While we're on the subject: am I the only one that gets turned off by girls that are really into social media?  I just don't understand the point of having a Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram account where you're posting selfies on a daily basis if you're just a regular joe(sephine).  Not only is it redundant, it just seems like these accounts exist for the sole purpose of attention-seeking.

Am I missing something?

no. That is a turnoff to a lot of men.

This is stupid. if your girl cant handle you checking girls out online then shes not being realistic about human nature. people are naturally attracted to sexy members of the opposite sex.

sounds like more of a trust issue. if she doesn't like you lusting after women online with no interaction your relationship is going to have bigger problems.

personally, I only want to be with someone that has enough confidence in themselves to not HAVE to be jealous at every little thing I might do or say.

Females love attention therefore they love social media. I hate attention seekers so yea I agree with you. Idk why I even have an IG anymore. I barely go on it & I rarely take pics

The sexiest thing a woman can own these days is a flip phone. Smart phones and social media bring too many people into your life.

Women love attention and the Internet is the filing station. These chicks heads are getting gassed 100x more per day with electronic affirmation. Idk how any cats are even bagging the bad ones.

I can think of 46 things a woman can own that's sexier than her phone.

Calm down, b.

The one thing chicks love more than attention from random guys is attention from the guys she wants to get attention from.

In my opinion you're both to blame.

You did tell her that you're a very sexual person before getting into a relationship, but is it really necessary to be liking those pics/retweeting sexual things? Like if you want to be looking at other girls' pics that's fine, but you can do so without liking them or retweeting things. The only reason you would interact with them is to "interact" with whatever girl posted it and to display it to everyone else and that's not cool.

At the same time, her unfollowing all those girls off your account is a little much and it does show some insecurity. I can see why she'd feel threatened though and don't let NT try to convince you it's irrational; guarantee a majority of them would feel the same way if it was their girl doing what you're doing.

OP, do you really have to like these girl's pics on these sites? You can't look, admire, and keep it moving. And leave it at that?

Don't get me started man. I agree with you 100%

I think it is a disease for some man. Can't go a day without posting multiple selfies.

Dudes do it too though. But yea, I won't rant. I agree with you

So you're one of those dudes who's added a bunch of Instagram models and like their pictures and leave thirsty comments on them? Come on man, it's time for you to grow up.

Also, establishing how sexual of a person you are is just a cop out so you can thirst on social media. All men are sexual, have some self control.

At the end of the day you need to prioritize what's more important. Thirsting on social media, or establishing a healthy real-life relationship. If a girl you cared about what constantly on social media leaving comments to a bunch of dudes you'd eventually feel some sort of way.

This, its not like she saying you cant follow them, which most girls say.

Just dont double tap.

My man is going to be the type of guy that uses instagram for its original reason; scenery pictures.
Sunsets, moons, skate parks etc and only follows close friends and family members

He wont have twitter, vine, and snapchat
Facebook for business purposes only
