Cavs shopping the #24 with Brendon Haywood(who can be waived)... Go get it Lakers, then sell the #27 or package the 2 for something higher

Any way D.Wade wants to go to Chicago..and the Bulls let Jimmy go to sign him?

Go home, Dwyane, GO HOME!!

P, you like Delon Wright? He have any Clarkson in him or am I reaching?
I'm split on him. He's a stat stuffer and has good physical tools, but he's older and I'm not sure he will translate to a good shooter.

Lower ceiling MCW?

Cavs want a playmaker in return for Haywood. Not sure Nick Young qualifies considering they could just re-sign JR and keep their pick.

Even though Nick is better when you factor in all things.

The Lakers are not obligated to make a final determination on the $9 million owed on Hill’s contract before June 30, but momentum is strong that they’ll allow Hill to enter into free agency, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

For Hill, who turns 28 in July, there promises to be a significant market of suitors, which could include the Lakers themselves should they fail to lure their A-list free-agent targets. Los Angeles wants to pursue Portland’s LaMarcus Aldridge, Cleveland’s Kevin Love and Miami’s Goran Dragic among others who could be available on the market.
Why is this franchise hell bent on maxing a 30 year old guy?

If it doesn't sound like it makes sense, then it doesn't make sense.
If it doesn't make sense then it probably isn't true....

People happy when the thread is improved by someone else getting clipped. "No more ryanjumpman? Yaay! Should make NBA talk a little easier. DBD out... again? I knew it was him. Good riddance! More room for NBA talk now."

But make a move that affects THEM instead of someone else. "Tyrant. Power tripper. Ridiculous. Go back to the DBDs and jumpmans."

Meanwhile, I look in the NBA thread and see people discussing shooters and zone defense.

*sips tea*
if i got banned from the thread who would you pick as the new OP?

can i have a NT will? if i get offed all my reps go to a charity of your choice and the threads go to rck

Well they have to at least attempt to get someone, does them no benefit to just let that money sit there. Despite our preference for wanting Tobias, Jimmy B, etc. they're all RFA and can be matched by whatever. It's quite simple, it's easier to go after UFA than it is RFAs.

Besides we'll only be able to plug 1 hole in the draft, big or PG. It's just doing their due diligence.

We can plug more than one hole in the draft. 27/34 can net 2 pieces, or more than likely just 1, but that 1 can help just as much as Clarkson did last year, if not more. All depends who falls in Mitch's lap.

Best case, he somehow nets nice pieces with both picks, like I brought up before with the Warriors getting Green and Azele with their late first, early second picks, and still have #2 as well. That could be huge, if we get that lucky.

Realistically, I'll take just getting 1 good piece out of the two picks. I want to be greedy, but that's just me.
