I'm slowing starting to warm to a hibbert absorption deal. Depends on who/what else is involved, though. 1 yr,15M expiring stop gap. I'm open to it...kinda. hibbert/wes on a 1 yr vet min should be enough to hit the cap floor. (Something like that)

If we don't get JACK elsewhere and we get a pick...why not take an asset for an expiring deal and plug the hole while hitting the cap floor? I see what u mean, Hibbert is hibbert. But I'm just thinking outside the box for a second and keep in mind we still have to spend money or absorb salary.to me, better hibbert plus an asset than d.lee and an asset. Iuno....just throwing it out there.

Why are people concerned with the cap floor? There really is no serious penalty. Just extra spending money for the players.

Correct. My only thought though is there pick will probably be a lottery one and I doubt they are doing that to shed hibbert

Lol. I'm pretty sure Hibbert knows the only reason he is still in this league is because he stays up and down when he jumps 2 inches off the ground.
