Ya..i think there still is a chance but they gotta deliver. And they gotta deliver a Center too cause apparently he doesn't want to play the 5.
Another reason this will be a great signing is that the Spurs and the Suns have gotten rid of guys thinking they would sign him...

Second Meeting is good regardless of outcome. Obviously having him sign would be great, but at least this kind of puts the "Horrible Meeting" idea down. At this point it is all about perception guys, we got to plan for future free agents. Having him come back shows that there was interest, and that kind of slows down this storm of Lakers being irrelevant again.
Also the way they are going about is much better, Mitch and Bryon, no TV People, No Kobe, No nothing. Just tell them what his role will be, and how the Lakers need someone to step up to teach these youngsters the ropes.
