could be lovely. ive completely written dragic off as a business expense at this point.  joe could run 2nd unit as the designated shooter. or he runs SF on starting unit. many options. but more than anything... we need his shooting. IDEALLY we could let him flourish as a set-shooter cuz wade would take the ball handling pressure off him. imagine the pick and roll between wade and whiteside with set up joe johnson in the corner.

but that would also require we PLAN for the p&r and not just call it on the fly whenever whiteside decides to set a screen lol. if i could have a perfect scenario with the players we currently have with joe, itd be

the p&r between dragic/tj+whiteside, or wade+whiteside, with bosh and joe johnson on opposite corners? OH LAWD. but again... wishful thinking. but that kinda set up would absolutely demolish defenses in the east assuming joe and bosh could be credible threats from the corner 3 still.  a man can dream.

Glad that CB is confident in his long term outlook and isn't thinking retirement just yet,that's encouraging news but I hope he takes at least the rest of the season off to fully get right if he wants to continue his ball career.
