DMC is not coming. let that dream go. kings never getting rid of their franchise player. not even realistic. some of u really dont understand what ur saynig. if we trade whiteside, whos defending the paint? the shooters we trade him for? do we suddenly depend on mcrob and bosh for  paint protection?

i wont say we put him in position to fail, but we certainly arent helping him. we have 0 plays for him, which is a waste. if its not dwyane or dragic giving him a pass off the pick in roll from inside the 3... hes sitting down low waiting for a rebound so he can get it and do it himself. thats a terrible misuse of talent and length. and we handicap him by always benching him in the 4th. we shoot ourselves in the foot cuz once whiteside sits in the 4th, its open season in the paint and we pay for it.

so of course hes getting frustrated. and yes he does bonehead moves... everyone does except for our vets. whiteside gets crucified for it. and even if he needs to mature... u think hes gonna do it from the bench? if u want to iron out kinks, put him in the game and give him some on the job training. nobody ever learned how to play the game from sitting on the sidelines. i rather he have a season of learning and mentally improving, and learning NOT to make those mistakes... than bench him all the time for years cuz soon as he messes up we snatch him out the game.

bottom line is we're misusing his talent. and if we lose him... we've completely jacked up our future as a team. completely. the people we spent big bucks on are NOT panning out. we acquired whiteside for 6 packs of trident gum and a parking pass. hes clearly producing. AND... hes producing at a level unheard of in decades in terms of defense. his potential is sky high and all u have to do is teach him to remain calm. what is so hard to get here?

I've been resigned to Whiteside inevitably leaving since before the break but for gods sake,please keep Justise Riles...

You guys defending Whiteside do realize that the FO isn't going to offer him the max right? We have to get some value for him now because some other team is going to offer him money that we won't be willing to match.

Dwight would BEAST in Miami.

I do not know the team like you guys but Whiteside does not seem to fit the bill or price tag coming.
 
I think dragic and Howard playing a little faster would help d12.. Or a dragic/Wade with d12 pick and roll.. I'm not crazy high on d12 but what we get is what we get.. Still gonna be a fan.

If he has to go for monetary issues no problem, but anyone but Dwert.
 
I like the rumored 3 way trade for Teague/horford but I can't see the Hawks pulling the trigger on that

I didn't see justice involved in that trade but if he is that changes everything. If you're giving him up you need younger, promising talent in return. Or a trade involving melo
 
Looking like justise is gone for casspi and been mclemore? Would they really give up all that for justise? If so... I like it
