I was having this convo the other day, someone forced me to watch that Taboo episode on the nati. geo about third gender because no matter in what context, I really don't understand it.
Anthropologically, I try to accept and respect the third gender for who they are, and I do for the most part... but the part that gets me is the need to alter their image. Gender among other things are social constructs, can a man or woman be biologically predisposed to wanting to "look" like a man or wanting to "look" like a woman. In many circles it is taboo to insinuate that the want to socially "look" like a opposite gender would be psychological but there are no biological factors in wanting to wear make-up and have female breast or vice-versa
I am and always have been completely creeped out by the third gender, honestly (moreso those who dramatically alter their appearance), not going to lie or even be sly about it. Just one of those things I can't judge... or understand...
A lot of trans say that they just "feel" or always felt like a man or like a woman, how is this possible? Anton, do you know any of the sort or have some experience?

My only problem with the transgendered women and men is when they seek the affection of straight men or women without being truthful about their original gender.
It happens ALL THE TIME. Mainly because they themselves are looking to be accepted as the man or woman they transitioned to.
Most of the time a male to female TG would be offended at being called "he" and would insist that you call him "her", and vice versa.
Knowing that, it's not hard to see how a TG m/f might not be honest about who they really are, which isnt fair to the other party.
And with the way modern medicine has progressed, you would never know if they didnt tell you.
Imagine being with a "woman" for years, and getting married, only to find out, the reason you are having trouble having kids, is because your wife was born a man.
