During the reveal press conference they said it was actually lighter than the XX9. Pry only by a few tenths of an ounce though.

Probably because the upper is significantly thinner except the ankle collar part.

Now that I've looked for a few weeks.
I think it looks better than kobes, Brons , kds, curry's, lillards, roses, you name it.
With the kobes traction getting poor reviews and sharing the same price point, getting the j's for me would be a no brainer.
I am now of the opinion that these are flames.

IMO it's just like the xx9 first launched or the xx8. People don't like them at first, but look at how hard it is to find certain CWs now. They don't go over resell, but still not as cheap as people think. Only few failed CWs are going for cheap at outlets, but those don't sit for very long because how good of a basketball shoe they are.
