Sole Control Philadelphia Closed?

I went to get my kicks and I was missing like 36 pairs all he said was ill pay you in a few weeks. It's been 6 weeks now still nothing no txt no email nothing. If I add up the kicks at the price he was selling them at it would be like 11 grand. I think I'm gonna have to open a civil case too.
 
I'm curious did you guys have a consignment agreement with the shop? Paperwork in hand? Would love to see what that looked like.

even if you win, he'd have to have the money in order for you to receive it

I ordered the red and black low bred 13's that's coming out this weekend. I like in the Chi. So I know I'm SOL.

Are the police working with you? I contacted the police a couple months ago and they wouldn't help me
 
Any updates..Hope everyone get their merchandise back, glad I never did business with them frauds...I remember a while back a dude on the philly FB sneaker page ascused the owner ( I think his name Steve) of keeping a pair of sneakers..had legit proof and everything.
 
I don't live too far from here, sucks to read all these stories. I personally sold all my items in there, but there were priced to sell quick. I did have issues with Stevie and not receiving emails and had to make 'Deebo from Friday' appearances.

I have seen the store closed, I never knew the reason, I did see the store cluttered with racks of shoes every time I stopped in. I knew too much intake would play a part later.

Maybe this results in why some staff moved from here to Suplex? 6th & South St?
 
To all that got taken from Steven Lucchesi from York, PA Sorry but he is and has been a Bitxh *** Rat snitch theaf way before he opened Sole Control only to filter drug money and the whole time snitching out heads to keep himself and "crew" their spoiled rich kids out of prison!! Why others faced & did hard time because selling snitch info keeps you a float. Buying shoes to filter his doe while he planned to rob all his consignment customers from the very beginning, selling all the shoes now on Amzon online under fake names..

Hey, I know this was a while ago, but that guy that accused Lucchesi of stealing his Jordan 7's was my son. Took over a year to get the $ back. Any word on what's happened since the store closed? I'd love to hear that this guy has gotten what's coming to him.

I had no success with getting my shoes back or getting any money. How was your son able to be reimbursed?
