Do you warm up or stretch when you wake up?

Basically what I'm asking is do you wake your body up when you wake up or do you just hop out of bed and start your daily routine.
 
Use to stretch b4 sleep and after. Push ups and up downs. Then I had more kids :x
Love doing it butt naked too with the shower ready :smokin

I have to or else I feel sluggish until around midnight, :lol:

I usually just go to the park and run stairs or play basketball for an hour or 2 and I'm good to go.
 
Eh I strech every now and then but most of the time I just get up and do whatever
 
i do this to force myself to wake up, no matter how sleepy you still are, once you stretch and feel that sore, youll wake up
 
Sometimes I do but most times I forget. It's a great feeling the times where I do remember to do it though. :pimp:
 
We all do, but when the morning wood is up, I let it die down before going to the BR. Feels weird walking with da thing poking out. Then i try to get a mental image of Ariana Marie and then........ well. then end.
 
30-50 Push ups before shower. But stretch my arm and finger pushing my snooze button of my alarm about 3x before waking up.
 
Wen i wake up i go on the internet.....eat some doritos....drink a yoohoo...and touch myself.
