Rising sun 12 and French blue 7's cleaning tips

I bought some rough pairs of shoes. Definitely redeemable 12's have a lot of creases especially in the toe box area. The patient leather is quite yellow as well. The french blues aren't as bad. Just a little dirt here and there but it look like the front end the toe guard was painted yellow for some reason and i want to go and repaint it white. Any input would be nice. I never bought any shoes that needed to be clean so I have no idea where to start. Thanks. 

Try using acetone to take off the paint. But be careful because if you use too much it will dull out the patent leather. Uncrease the toe boxes using an iron.
