Just filled out a W4 form today before being officially hired. What does this mean?

- applied for job online
- got an email from company asking me if I was still interested in job
- went to turn in my resume in person today and they made me fill out the W4 form before I got hired.
- so did I get the job? Is this illegal?

W4s are the new version of MLM schemes. You should be here, bruh.
 
Looks like a temp agency; so you prob are on their rolls but won't get a "job" until they have one for you.
 
You apply for a job, get an interview, get the job, fill out forms, then run to niketalk asking if it's legit. I dont understand some of you guys. How old are you?
 
You all never heard of a Fire Extinguisher Tech? They do inspections,maintenance,refills,etc..on fire extinguishers...
