What come up? Dude has more money than he needs. Seems to enjoy his life and stays private. Stayed true to himself and although he's tried things out he never really sold out. He makes music he wants to cause he's a real artist. Jay z makes good music but he makes it for the fans and for the money. He's a sellout but ain't nothing wrong with that. They just have two different personalities.
 
I remember Nas on a Clue tape back in the day rhyming over the Eye for An Eye beat...

"You on top? What?! Copying ****, i said it first you repeat it, your false crown covered in dirt defeated..."

He took shots at Jay then, and Jay had shots for Nas on another mix tape. I forgot what it was...

I'm glad I came up right in the middle of all that ****.

Hip hop hasn't been the same since.

I'll never forget that man...it was early December, and I think it was during the time of finals back in high school.

One of my boys told me Nas had dropped Ether, and he already had it because Stillmatic had leaked early. So after the finals, I get in the car and throw it on...

I remember hearing it on wpgc95.5 and thinking wow. Jay knowles was never the same and the battle was over. Jay knowles rage quit out the battle. Jay never opened his mouth while pax and big we're alive and as soon as he attempted to say something nas spanked him. Jay knowles ladies and gents

If I didn't pay the IRS and had my house foreclosed on because I couldn't pay the bills like Nas I would more money than I need as well champ. It's one thing to be a Nas fan, even though not many exist.....it's another to just make up your own reality on the way.

The era of actual heartless competition. People were going into solitude, making their own sound, and ******** on everyone else to hail king of the hill.

Now we have everyone working together being friends and ****. Everything sounds the same and year after year the bar is lowered because there's nothing to go against.
