Is Bruce Jenner Trolling?

The problem for me with Jenner is he is a part of this whole Kardashian clan of ****** and that fact clouds any "groundbreaking" and brave narratives ....but that's just MO and I'm not even saying that's fair.

The fact that we as a country have to be subjected to this family day after day, year after year, with no sign of it stopping gives me a headache - and if any family COULD orchestrate this story line it's this one. It all conventionally fits into one giant story line... one fades then another comes up. Then another. We all get to live in their reality show....while they and Seacrest count their money. God bless America.
 
It trips me out that Akon did something great for his country that was very much needed. Yet Bruce gets all the pub while Akon got little to no pub.

The idea that "nobody cares" what you do or just "be who you are but don't tell people" is so flagrantly ignorant. :lol:

Trans people have the highest suicide rate, high chance of drug addiction and face more abuse than any other minority class, and unlike gay people for example they don't have a large community that will immediately accept them. The idea that doing this in public doesn't take some degree of courage is such a myopic view point. Look outside yourself for one second.


Being trans is probably the worst fate you could wish on someone right now. Maybe this show will help some of those people out. Really don't understand how some people can't see that.

My point is that it's really not necessary to add additional negative thoughts on a generally positive situation.

For example, when people bring up religion to me, I don't take that opportunity to express why I disagree with religion.

There are plenty of negative opinions about transgender individuals that get tossed around when topics like this come up.

Wait a minute, I am sorry but are you serious? I am really curious how you interact with the Kardashians on the day to day. What do they interfere with for you?
 
You are taking it a tad too literal. They don't live next door to me. But I really don't think one can be naive enough to think they are just minding their own sweet business and "just living their lives, don't bother them they ain't bother you."

Doing it for money and capitalizing on a situation are two different things and that's why I think we seem to be arguing so much about this.

Kardashians are blatantly clear about how to capitalize on anything that goes on their lives....that's their hustle and how their name became wha it is.

The wedding was a gimmick and we all know this....the rest of the stuff was just situations they found a way to make money on, Caitlyn's reality show is just another one of those situations....she didn't transform for the money, but is banking big time on this "struggle"

introducing yourself as a new person is absurd. your past doesn't go away just because you got surgery and filed some papers...

acting like Bruce died or don't exist no more. that is crazy person talk.
