Okay guys. So right now I'm in the middle of recruiting season, and I have office visits with Deloitte, EY, and KPMG. I've been to many of their events and I like all of them. All of them have different personalities, but I fit in and connect with all of them.

I'm going into Audit. What are some of your experiences that you guys have had working with these companies? Where would you guys recommend I go and why?

I checked glass door and it looks like the starting salary for EY is 10,000 dollars higher than the other Big 4 firms. Does anyone know if this is legit?

I thought the b4 already gave out summer offers at this point?

Salary will be pretty much the same across the board. Do you even have any offers? If not then get an offer first before trying to decide where to go / trying to figure out salary. If you get an offer from every one, then just go with the ppl who you like the most unless there is a huge difference in salary (which is doubtful tbh).

PwC is probably most like a sweatshop. Everyone i know who works there look worn out all the time. Personally for me, i've talked to ppl from all of the B4 and EY seems most friendly to me. But then again, it would be different depending on who you talk to, who you mesh well with, etc.

It is for next Spring/Winter.

The way it is set up, for the people that received office visits, 95 percent of them get offers. I'm confident I will get offers from all of them as well, that's why I'm asking now.

Thanks for your input though.
