A Message to America from Black America

I kinda hate watching stuff like this. Makes me mad af at the injustices we suffered for the past 400+ years

A white woman is kidnapped. She is held against her will in a house. She is beaten, raped, and forced to take care of her kidnapper.
This goes on for 5 years. Then her kidnapper is caught and she is found alive....

She will receive medical attention to repair all damage and begin the healing to her body.
Her accuser is put to justice, giving her some sort of closure on that chapter.
She will receive psychiatric treatments for months/years to allow her to absorb what happened, help her cope, and allow her to move forward.

This is what should have happened our people after slavery.
This is why black people will NEVER get over slavery.
There was never any release with good intention.
It was just changing the system of how we are treated.

Instead of physical shackles, it became about tightening the mental shackles they had already placed
on us, using different methods. The system became constructed to stifle our progress on every level, and keep us dependant.
Yet some have the nerve to ask, Why we still mad?

Man, that was so deep. And it's not even like we don't know about what was said in the video, but to lay it all out like that. Man...

It was still physical. I'd say just as much or even more so. Esp during the most active period of the KKK straight up hanging and killing

Thanks for posting this.

I shared the video on fb. Hopefully other people actually watch it.
