Tech savy NTers, Is there an easy way to edit text on a PDF file?

I have a resume that has been saved as a PDF file but the original file was lost due to a computer that no longer works.

Is there a way I can edit a PDF file?

Or do I just have to take the L and rewrite everything?

Thanks for any info.

4. Add or edit text on the page. ...
5. Add, replace, move, or resize images on the page using selections from the Objects list.
