so looks like no strap no second lace hole on top?  i was waiting to see if the newer pictures made this shoe look better and they just get less and less appealing to me.  i love the 7-12 but these 13s i cant fox with.  i think its time for a year off like other heads are saying.  in my opinion the soldier 9 looks better than the 13 and that is pretty sad state for lebrons.

I was still under the impression that the newer pics where still GS shoes. I thought the mens pair Lebron was wearing had Flywire also not just lace hiles.

I hope thats true, i have seen some pairs that looked bigger than a GS size but no flywire.  what is the point of showing off GS shoes tho really?  Maybe the old theory that ugly kicks look less ugly in smaller sizes haha

Agreed.  Honestly been super annoying seeing twitter/IG/blogs filled with those GS pair pictures non-stop with no idea they aren't even the men's version.

You must've been really young in the 90s then; Reebok was putting out equivalent or better product than Nike/JB. In fact strong competition from Reebok is one of the main reasons why Nike/JB product from the 90s is so highly regarded.

With no competition at all you, you get the kind of product that Nike's been churning out since '09.

These shoes are at best $120-$130 MSRP - not the $200 MSRP they are charging.

I am a fan of the High price point. Keeps the Beasts away on release day and makes it easier to buy down the road for discount when they are on to the next release.

How did Nike screw up the design of these so badly? These make Kobe 10s look good (and I can't stand those). Sucks because the Lebron 8-12 were such great designs.

I'm still copping super hero elite X's below $160

usually theres not much difference from GS vs Mens all thats missing is flywire from GS (X, XI & XII)...so if theres no strap on GS i highly doubt there would be a strap for Mens imho

GS & mens sizes can vary largely sometimes.

thats normal GS vs Elites tho, look up the normal XI GS vs normal XI mens. not much difference

GS to mens is typically pretty "close," but there can be some pretty good details missing on GS.

Like these ASG 12's from this year:  flywire (missing on GS), tongue details (Stars for appearances missing on GS), and heel tab (is a pod on Mens).

So not majorly different looking overall but small differences.
