Looks like a flexible support strap across the front.

Interesting to say the least, but a cleaner pic will probably be coming very soon being he is rocking them in public already. Promising that he is choosing to wear them on court already.

I see some resemblance from the Hyperdunk 2015 as well.

Wouldn't the Elite's also be considered the XII?

Or is that some sort of selective reasoning, as if they did not really exist?

Yeah, he wore the XII's with no issue, but let's pretend that the Elite he hasn't worn consistently for the last two years, were just a mirage.

Toe box looks similar.

I think it is clear he is going more and more performance and less off court appeal - which makes sence given he is getting older and support and protection is more important that how NT Denim will look with these underneath.

I think these are going to have the thick sock like liner ala the 12 low with a soldier material overlay - with posite like the 9 elite around the heel and ankle.

Thats what I see...but the zoom, with that size and properly placed pods, and what is probably very similar to the Jordan XX9 flight plate "propulsion system" is gonna make for a very plush and springy ride (close to the most comfy in my opinion Lebron X)
 
well if they want to go the way of the new jordans every year they continue "focusing only on perfomance" they can do both and stop bein lazy.. these are going rot on the shelft just like the xii.
 
I am surprised he didn't just wear an all black wear test pair. Seem's like the last few sig's we first saw through leaked pics then he wore the wear tests at a practice. 
 
I'm in on performance but looks I'm not sure yet

For me, these pictures have made me even more impatient now :lol:
 
I'm looking forward to wearing these on the court. I think anyone that played regular felt the XIIs had great feel and handle on the court. An if Lebron is wearing them already that must mean the performance part is still there.
 
Idk if its just me but the part you guys think looks like the weave from the 9s to me looks like a posite material.

this line has no direction...no lineage. it seems like its all over the place as far as where it wants to go. it also seems as borrowing from past designs and models have taken precedence over creativity.

not saying i dont like them yet, i'll wait for better pics. but to me looks like a lebron 9/hyperdunk hybrid

also seems like with the timing of the flyknit kobe iD and leaked pics of the LBJ 13 that maybe there is an attempt to steal some of the yeezy/adidas thunder? IMO
