LeBron 2 and AZG are the best in the line. Everything after that is hit or miss. The 1 and 2 had no weak CWs.

 Anyone notice the air on the medial side of the shoe? There is a cut away in the heel.

They have about the same amount of good CWs as any other model. Majority of 3-12 are garbage.

AZG and banana boat being in the same sentence is hilarious. I take it you don't own any Jordan retros over the past 10+ years that are literally banana shape.

AZG along with the 2 were the last Nike signatures made in the 90s style IMO. Everything past that has been what you see today. A few standout colors but the designs have a lot going on. 4 being an exception design wise but the CWs were largely whack.

The only thing that makes a sneaker banana shape is the toe box. I've never seen a shoe curve up at the back. Ha ha ha. AZG is no more banana shaped then the Js you own.

It's a 90s type sneaker in design. It's simple unlike the Posite, strap, air bubble, Flywire mashups of today. You may not like the look but the style in which it's designed is 90s like.

As for the CWs. Most LeBrons only have about 3-5 must have CWs. I'll take the AZG CWs any day over these ultra bright, rainbow colored sneakers. Today's gimmicks rarely move me. The Toro 4 to this day remain the only new CW of a retro I've ever bought. Not just Jordan retro but all retros. Foams, Adidas, Reebok etc. I've liked some but never brought.

Do you like Vick's too? I hate the aesthetics of 2000s Nike, 2010s they're back on track aesthetically IMO, there's some things I would do differently but I like the general direction of the brand's aesthetic again.

There is a few exceptions like the zoom 2K3's, I liked the Kidd's with the exoskeleton, Paytons and Pippens were pretty cool that year too, basically the same shoe.

7s are the best. Then 8s bc they're improvements to the 7s basically but the 7 was where it was at. Such a drastic and needed change up from the 6. Then 3s, 4s, 10s, 9s, 2s AZG, 12s, 11s, 6s, 5s

love the Vicks. Lebron 2 is my all time favorite shoe though.

Inverse to this, I can't understand why an almost unwearable shoe like the xi is so loved. Aesthetically, ok...to each his own. Not a fan of the xi at all.

Yeah and XII's wings looked similar to 9's too, imo. Looks like 9 is Petrie's grail.
