THE LEBRON 13 THREAD *Elites released**Command Force 6/11/16

Are you saying like stop the laces prior to the top 2 holes to see how they would look if you laced them like that or for a better look at the upper tongue piece?
Would be glad to do either, but will be this evening, I'm in my office now.

Stop prior to the top 2 to see how they look laced like that.

Preciate it 8)

@dwoodactennis great review again. Couldn't have come at a better time. Thread needed an informational boost (even though shoes aren't out yet so people don't have them) instead of opinions on aesthetics.

With that said, I don't think a lot of people will go out and pay retail. It'll just be another year we can have these at discounts since they are pretty similar to the 12s but with moderate improvements.
Thanks man, appreciate that.

I don't feel these are worth retail.  And I've never been one to shy away from something I like due to price, but these just don't warrant the tag.  I love the look and that the design is so "different", some may say ugly, but these don't have that flagship model vibe.  They are missing some  elements in the upper, despite being comfortable. The XII's were more deserving of that status to be honest.  I'm a bit turned off right now on the feel of the materials on the upper, the thin odd shaped tongue, and the lacing system.  Some parts feel cheap.  I really thought LeBron would have required more "structure" to his shoe, and that a separate tongue would have served this shoe better.  But maybe  he loves them, who knows.

Excellent review earlier and with regards to your pricing comment; I don't think that Nike prices their product based on what's actually being delivered. Due to a lack of competition and consumers turning a blind eye I honestly feel they charge the prices they do simply because they can.

@dwoodactennis  great write-up, as always

I agree with you in that I think a separate tongue would go a long way in terms of improving lockdown/overall fit -- something that didn't ruin the 12, but would have made it much better IMO

Much praise to you @dwoodactennis. I found your review more mentally stimulating than the actual reveal in Akron.

Shoes are cool but I will when they go on sale or via plug EA sale etc.

for once i can say not me

reported for lying

:smh:   shirt made me realize something that now completely ruins the shoes, looks like the cw was meant for the championship XII lows that um nike couldn't release so they just held on for the next model with some crazy back story:lol:

so this shirt is on footlocker.com and looks just like the multicolor 13s. guess that means that's the akronite pair since its the akronite shirt?

there really is something wrong with you, i don't know what your problem is with gay people but maybe you should grow up, the nike tees are greatly made and engineered but your close mindness and crazy imagination doesn't allow you to realize that or the fact that the shirts are on some one and the person is photoshopped out hence the arms being down :smh:
Wearing Lebron apparel in general

laugh all you want them nike dri-fit cotton tees are the truth :pimp:
