imo pettine is starting mccown because they are playing the raiders. If manziel started and played well again, there would be no going back.

sidenote- i'm a manziel fan :lol

Season isn't likely going anywhere, play Manziel the entire way, that way for 2016 they know if he is useful or if they can officially move on or leave him as a backup. The indecisiveness and lack of a sample size is killing them

I think Haslam needs to step up and tell Pettine that his job is safe..

meaning that if they go with Manziel and they go say 6-10 or worse that he isn't getting fired.

You gotta see what you have.

Hoyer and McCown what's the difference? Nothing . Both backups.

It's dumb.

We will see what happens but it's dumb.

Classic Browns move

First big division game this week. Cincy v Balt.

I expect Balt to look better than in Oakland but don't think they have enough firepower to win

I'm expecting a 9-7 season for Baltimore this year to be honest...

and all cool cities imo, ppl don't be on no funny stuff

But after having a week to think bout the Ravens , without the last drive fails they could be 2-0 , cincy looking good so far but I think Ravens at home gon put them over the edge in this game

Bengals going for 4 wins in a row against the Ravens for the first time ever. Cautiously optimistic that it happens. Going to be a big game for Dalton. There's this statistical theory that he plays worse against common opponents than he does against common ones. We'll see Sunday.

Brutal loss Thursday but MV protected the ball well which was nice to see

2-2 isn't great but in this conference Pitt still has a great shot at the WC

Read a stat that if the Bengals win today, then it'll be the first time in the history of this division that a team has a 2 game league over everyone in the division after 4 weeks.

5-0. First 5-0 start by an AFCN team since realignment.

Hell of a win. Ugly, but it's never pretty in Pittsburgh. Beating the Browns in a short week would be great.

Hate to see LeVeon go down like that.

Can't like what you saw from Dalton. Where was that elite QB play? See if he gets it back vs Clev

Lots of rumors about the trade deadline Tuesday and the Browns possibly moving some players.

Thomas, Mack, Mingo, Kruger are all players that were named.

Don't mind them trading any of them at this point especially if they can get a good pick.

For Thomas' sake I hope if they do trade him he goes to a contender because he deserves to have a chance.

Marvin Lewis teams typically suck coming off of a bye. He made a terrible decision in the red zone, but the 2nd pick was a 50/50 ball that AJ needs to make a play on. Certainly wasn't expecting to just go in and light up Pittsburgh on the road like we'd been doing. I'm happy with getting a W however that one comes.
