Jordan 4 Netting Unyellowing

I have a pair of Jordan 4 White Cements with yellowed netting. I would love to know if there is a good way to unyellow the netting, not the mesh. I know of Rit whitener but does that work effectively on the NETTING(once again not talking about mesh)? Or is painting it white a good idea? Thanks in advance!

Not much to do, just embrace the yellowing. It adds character to the shoe.
