Yeah, I used to listen daily...now I listen once every two weeks or so. Whenever there's a really slow podcast day.

J&J gets a listen once or twice a week max lol

I only know of one grantlander to go to mtv and her name is slipping my mind. Who else went?

I can't take Jalen that much but he honestly has Spurs and other league contacts, had the Aldridge-to-SAS in the middle of March of the prior season when LA was readying for a Portland playoff run.

can't listen to the Jalen and Jacoby show. for some reason Jalen sounds like someone who's learning how to read, and Jacoby just cosigns everything he says.

I don't mind Jalen on TV though.

Saw this earlier today....like I read someone comment, "how do you work in the media, and not know how the media works?"

Dummy...good luck getting another job. She'll probably be back to waiting tables.

*edit*

Also, it's a wrap for Gawker.

Gawker files bankruptcy after Hogan lawsuit as Ziff Davis shows interest

Deadspin, it's been real. :smh:

yea, that girl is done. they can find a pretty blonde instantly, especially down in florida

hulkster wins. don't think he gets all the money, but he is getting a nice settlement, brother

Those barstool people all seem douchey. One of the hosts even joked about they'd have to hire her if one of them effs her. Well she'll need that job since she just lost hers. That's a loose atmosphere and she felt too comfortable saying whatever. Those guys probably talk like that every show but she was dumb not to realize she has a network job and has to check herself.

DraftExpress is searching for intelligent correspondents to cover lesser known regions in which we do not already have scouts in place. The areas we are currently searching for are Eastern Asia, South America, Russia, and Africa. This is not a job for the casual fan, applicants must be well versed in the area they will cover and skilled in evaluating talent. We would prefer applicants with experience in doing so in the past, however this not a requirement and should not stop you from applying. The application process is understandably stringent. Also, if you believe you can assist us positively in areas where we already have coverage feel free to apply as well.

DraftExpress is a non-profit site and thus we cannot pay our employees, nor do we promise to reimburse you for any expenses you may incur in working for us (including travel and time spent). So what can we offer you? Aside from the joy you should receive from helping out fellow basketball fans worldwide, we provide you with the free publicity inherent in a popular website. Efforts here can also be placed as experience on resumes if you are seeking a career in a particular business such as journalism.

They have digital ads all over like can't get this Mountain Dew one off my screen, how are they a non-profit? Why you always

Just started browsing the ringer website and thought it was
pimp.gif
that they had a Euro 2016 section.

noticed bill Simmons left off chris connelly in the apology/retraction , I think he might be butthurt about connelly taking his interim position.

Simmons is going to have Ben Affleck and Barkley as his 1st guests on his show next week. Can't wait :smokin

Any given Wednesday was pretty weak. Got a couple takes we've already heard on his podcasts. Nothing I found to be particularly interesting.

Was it better than the first episode of the joe buck hbo show? That episode was so lit.

Did anyone see Ben Affleck on Simmons last night? Lmaooo dude was so drunk man.

I rock with Simmons podcast, but that show just flat out wasn't good.

Not sure what they were doing with the cameras (panning in and out?), maybe I like him more when I don't have to see his face? I don't know.

Personally not a fan of these 'recap' type shows, especially with everything so in the moment now, whats the point?

Will be interested to see how they tweak it.
