Hey, atleast she honest about it, got more respect for her than these racist liberals walking around who all about equality until you talk to them and start to realize they are one in the same with these folks.

Not concerned with Palin much less the people there.

Alaska as a state, for its beauty and relatively unmolested nature, is dope AF to me.

Plus they legalized recreational cannabis so that's a plus.
 
I always try to differentiate between somebody being s bigoted, racist, etc...

And somebody just being plain dumb because they don't know any better...

Clearly she didnt have a LEGIT EXCUSE (not that she is supposed to have one) for her actions being she blamed the devil for her problems that particular night. No excuses now days. Just own ur mistake vs. trying to place the blame on someone or something else. ***** knew she was in the wrong and placed blame on the devil because she lost control of the entire situation by letting her emotions get the best of her. But the bottom line is she obviously have been feeling some type of way about blacks being she decided to speak on them.

As far as racism goes, hell its everywhere and more prevalent now within the past 3-5 yrs than it has been in a long time. And the silly part is it seems as though it is widely accepted being nothing is done to those who get away with the BS that stems from stereotyping/racism (all of the weaponless blacks that have died due to white people abusing their power in which we see everyday)

I live in Oklahoma where its land of the good ol boy system, and where they look at us a certain way and u see it but its nothing you can do about it... but now since one of the sheriffs is about to go to trial for shooting and killing a unarmed BLACK about 3 weeks ago, now they all wanna be ur friend... not all of them are even racist but u can tell the ones that walk/talk down as if they are better then u byway of SKIN COLOR..SMH its 2015 but its starting to look like the 50's again.. they have done everything except BOUGHT OUT THE DOGS AND WATER HOSES.....

I don't understand how a person of her intelligence can be the principle of a school. Don't you need to get a masters degree in something to become a principle? Don't they make like 100k a year? The education system can't be THAT bad in the south can it? can it???

It depends on the school, but administration within the education system is just as much about politics and bueaucracy as any other industry. Because of unions and the power that is often concentrated within a small number of administrators, people are often promoted based only on the amount of time spent at the school/district rather than by virtue of their work ethic and ability to succeed within their intended role. Couple that with the tendancy of school districts to promote people in order to limit their responsibilities, you get situations like these.

I used to work for my hometown's school district, but quit within a year for these very reasons. If you know any teachers who have been at it for more than a couple years, as them about it. I'm sure they'll let you know alllll about it. :lol:

VERY informative post, thank you. It's a shame that the adult corrupt political games have to affect children's education. There is no reason this lady should still have a job. She needs to go back to school or find a new profession.
