I don't really get this. Do you have to pay for a ticket, and if you win do you basically get a guaranteed pair of kicks?
Someone explain to me ticket raffles please.

You don't pay for a ticket. Just go to the store, get a ticket. Fill out your name and number with proper id, and what size you want. If they call you, your pair is locked and guaranteed. The raffle system is flawed and rigged, just as a heads up though. So put in raffles at as many stores as you can. It also helps to get in good with someone there so you can have that one go to spot

Thanks El, do you mind answering one more question though? I heard you can do raffles online on the Footlocker website. Could you tell me where I'm supposed to get that link whenever it happens? And what would happen if I were to win a raffle online? Thanks.

I've never heard of an online raffle at footlocker. Only won I'm familiar with is Shiekh(if I spelled it right) and the ones finish line used to do for holiday releases.
