Even when you're off the clock, you're on the clock...if you get my drift.

The exact reason why people get in hot water over dumb things they show on social media, etc.

Plus, it was stated right there in the Code of Conduct.
 
Idiot. I watched this yesterday and got angry cause they tried to justify it.
Any grown man pulling this stunt deserves to be fired.

HE was probabbly a bad employee and they saw this as an opportunity to get rid of him ASAP.  His replacement will earn a lower salary and company will save money; BLEE DAT
