i got first dibs on those 72-10 XIs lol. i can walk you through shipping. its as easy as entering the info, printing out the shipping label they provide you, packing the shoes, then putting the label on the box and either arranging for ups to come pick it up or u go drop it off at a UPS store or access point. very very easy.
as for the price, just add whatever ups charged you for the shipping label on top of whatever youre charging the person for the shoe.

The sizing question is really subjective based on the person. Everyone has different feet: narrow, wide, flat, etc. And some people like a snug fit, others a little wiggle room. Also, you have to take into account whether they wear thick socks or basketball socks, and whether they add/swap insoles.
With that said, I usually always go TTS unless I know they run big, such as the '11 Bordeaux. And occasionally .5 size up, you can always fill in extra room but you can't make extra room if they're tight.

yea, this years VIIs are either TTS or .5 up for me. never had to go down. only ones that i HAVE to go .5 up and cant go tts are the C&C pack.
