Customer shoulda just left. She kinda instigated it a bit by not leaving when she was told to do so.

if you walk into a store where you want to buy something... and a random employee tells you to leave... you would leave?

Her yambs are A1 judging by the level of craziness, can anyone find her fb so I can try n get in that?

Watched the vid just now from this thread, looked up and it's airing on the news. All over a cookie straw?

They interviewed the manager who claims she quit and wasn't fired. Starbucks offered the customer a $100 gift card.

Reporting live from my couch... macbk out

Dunkin Donuts is 100000x better than Starbucks anyway, prices, tastes etc. On the very rare occasions that I drink coffee

If you read the whole story manager deserves to get fired.

Lady was on her Starbucks app trying to pay for coffee
Manager was asking for her name so she could write it on the cup
Customer did not hear her
Customer grabbed a cookie straw to add to her tab to pay but was still unaware of managers questions
Manager gets mad and flips out accuses customer of stealing the straw

Other customers confirm the managers attitude problems

Stealing the straws that they give out for free?

NYers a live bunch. Manager should take this L.

I'd rather spend money and fly to Colombia and get a ride to the hills and make my own dam coffee than to go to Starbucks

She disrespected the customer, she's lucky the customer wasn't about that life, talk like that to someone else and she would have gotten rocked...the chain of "byes" got me heated and I wasn't even there...the blatant disrespect...like who the hell this chick think she is?...lmao

Lmao @ her claiming she "quit" who she trying to fool?...lmaooooo

Man I salute the manager. After working retail for 2.5 years, I wanted to go off on some customers sometimes.

I see you girl do your thing.
