You would think that law enforcement officials would learn to listen to people when they say "I can't breathe" after Eric Garner.

If these dudes don't do time there's no hope for this world.

the only thing they did wrong was not call ems sooner...

they only restrained dude enough to bring him to a chair outside the cell where they let him sit upright and gave him water...

this is a completely different scenario from the eric garner situation...

Are you serious? :x

That was unbelievable, all those guards are responsible for his death, he never even resisted.

how can you tell if he's resisting or not...

you can't even see him when he was on the ground.

All he's saying is he can't breathe, if he was resisting the officers would be moving as well to tussle with him but they're not.

They put a mask over him while he's already shackled and restrained, stop it man.

You must be a cop like them or something cause the fact that you are trying to justify this is PATHETIC! I hope one day YOU'RE in this SAME situation and talk about how they didn't do anything wrong except not call the EMS sooner.

LMAO at you talking about they gave him "water" as if HALF a DIXIE cup is enough. FOH!

Didn't compare this to Eric Garner. Simply said that law enforcement officials should have learned their lesson to ease up when someone says "I can't breathe."

Work on your reading comprehension.

a lot of people take leave, turn themselves into police custody to avoid losing pay / rank in the military... for DUI

I think this took place in 2012, before Garner. Sad story nonetheless. Such a shame man. I can't stand the sound of a man begging for his life. Especially when the people who are in a position to help do absolutely nothing. I'm no expert on correctional procedures but I don't feel they needed to rush him with so many people to get him under control. They just let this man die...

This is definitely going to help the rapidly declining approval of law enforcement nationwide
