Ears ringing after club, help?

Didn't know the music was that loud until i left. Smh
Google got me shooktalking about some tinnitus and that this ringing could be permanent. Any suggestions? Been about a day now. Should i even be worried?

You know those tiny hairs inside your ear. They help dampen the loud sound but once you wear them out and they get destroyed theyll never recover and youll be permanently death

Use to happen to me all the time in my college days.

Just take a hot shower, the steam will soothe ya ears.
Other than that, give it time, it will heal. Try holding your nose shut and breathing hard out ur nose to pop ur ears.

Next time, don't stand by the speakers, find yourself a nice little cut.

Back in my days, it just happened to be that the lives part of the club/house party was by the speakers. That was a risk I was willing to take. I played the wall all night, held that spot down, and as chicks walked past, just do work, and repeat. I had this one move where I would reverse from having my back against the wall, to have the chick face the wall so she can have her hands on the wall so dat push would be more fierce

Cup your palms over your ears with your fingers lying on your neck. Using your index fingers, Forcibly thump the back of your neck, while your ears are still covered by your palms. I'm not talking tapping, you're basically going to thump your neck with your indexes. Do this for 30 secs to a minute.
