bruh...

You must've gotten seriously hurt in the past

:smh:

The **** NT has to say about me is like GoT fan theories as this point. Some of you think I was "seriously hurt in the past", others say "my father must've neglected me". It's a ******* joke really.

All there is to it is that I realized "just be yourself", "money doesnt matter", and other ******** like that aint true. The advice women give men is akin to men telling their daughters "Don't worry sweetheart. All men are gentle, unique creatures, who can prove they are worthy of your trust."

I had to work on myself and get into a good career. So excuse me if I dont take **** advice from any of these swamp rhinos. They can find their stable beta providers in guys who wont learn their lesson. Siphon the money they claim not to care about out of them.

This aint advice women give, its just what it is.

Im tellin you, my fatass is Captain "Pull-a-chick-wayy-out-of-my-leauge-because-she-was-ear-hustling-listening-to-me-talk-to-someone-else-and-now-she-wants-to-be-down."

Then again, Im handsome. *kanye shrug*

money just magnifies who you are.

If you're a broke lame, you'll be a rich lame.

You're using extremes to prove your point... If you're somewhere between 40k and 80k, then you're fine.

And being yourself IS KEY...

If you like **** that girls think is unattractive, make that **** cool.

I can guarantee that if a girl likes you enough, she will make excuses out the wazoo to ***** with you.

I am a finance geek... Girls talk to me, and leave knowing what a discounted cash flow is and what an interest rate is.

You think girls come in looking for a dude that's going to talk about interest rates?

:smh: :smh:

You mess around and be out of her "league"

You pull what you pull... Which means your league is your league.

Swag up on'em

Still reading through this thread (on page 4) but I have to say....

I find it awfully funny that while men from an early age (late teens/early 20s) know exactly what they want in a woman.

Whereas women seem to need to go through X amount of men before being able to discern what they want in a man.

For men we usually want a pretty, down to earth, non garden tool, bring home to mom type. A chick that can be self-sufficient and a nurturer essentially.

But for so many women (not all) it's like splitting a freakin atom. They have to break it down to a science. Something as novel & essentially fluid (subject to change) as a man's physical build could be a deal breaker.

IDK. Most of us men who have kids know that women's body's are subject to change. Yes, do we objectify women? Absolutely. Realistically though, I think most men when it comes to relationships are generally a lot less fickle and critical as women are in these matters.

Are there exceptions? Sure. But most guys are not going to feel any less attracted to the woman they love because she gained weight.

But back to my original point, to me, it seems like for the most part men know exactly what they want. The only thing that changes is that over time they have to come to terms with the fact that they're not going to get a down to earth chick with little baggage because women incur so much baggage over time just trying to figure out what they actually want in a man.

Let alone what they want for dinner....

So am I. Are we supposed to be ashamed of that?

Im not using extremes. These days women I couldnt get with before get the cold shoulder from me because I have options far better than them. Im talking personal experience.

But that just helps confirm my theory. You are coughmoneycoughfinance geek and you are acting like thats a reason for women not to like you. Lets see if a man who is an avid barbie collector can pull the same ****.

I drink a tea by Pukka which can be found at your local Vitamin Shoppe.  It's the Detox and has fennel, nettle, and peppermint but the peppermint isn' t overpowering, The tea as a whole is very flavorful and has a hint of a licorice taste from the fennel. It's about $6 for a pack of 20 tea bags but the potency is top notched and you can feel the effects of the tea almost immediately. After a few days skin will look dewy and fresh which makes me highly addictive to it. You can see it's working.

It's a good remedy from how dry and salty one's mouth can get.

I love ALL of this, not gonna front. I'm starting to like you.

If you can't get women by being yourself, then who/what do you act like?

Depends on the type of woman. Im not gonna flood this thread with PUA tactics. There is a pretty good RSDTyler video where Owen and Julien explain how to treat different women. Its long tho and I doubt you want to see it, so I wont post it.

i knew this post was BS when I got to this part.

But then again Rep did mention she has no intention of doing the wife bit or mom bit in her 20s.

So she prolly just looking for da pipe print.

Word to @Brolic Scholar.

On a serious note, as you age Rep, do you think that you may want to get married & have kids?

While you did say you wouldn't necessarily hold it against a guy who didn't have a dad bod to begin with but eventually ended up with one, I feel like on a fundamental attraction level you'd still be harboring some level of abhorrence towards the guy for letting himself go.

Therein lies the catch 22 IMO. Since you seemingly have the propensity to be hypercritical of or at the very least have a mental block when it comes to being around otherwise swell guys who are out of shape, do you honestly believe that love would be enough?

Because I'm not so sure about that. I feel like your aversion to his being out of shape would on some level manifest itself when it comes to matters involving intimacy.

Truth is, you can't just throw on a pair of rose colored glasses and see people for something they aren't or once were.

Hey , that's an interesting question.

When I get older  I'm 98 percent sure my viewpoints on children and marriage will be the same. I wouldn't want the conventional life. I may bend for marriage being that it has it's perks and means that a man is seriously committed and  shows that I am to him.

I will never be a mother. I actually get offended if people ask if I have children. I really do. t's not even because I don't want to ruin my body, take care of another life or anything selfish. I wouldn't want the stress and worry of bringing a kid into this world. I don't mind a family but my SO and myself would be family.

I have had a  relationship with a bigger man. He didn't have a belly and wasn't sloppy but he was a bit heavy. I say this because I KNOW I can have an attraction to a bigger man because of DEVELOPING it over time from being around him. Initially, I was never attracted to him.  You have to understand that I don't want a lot of man. Despite what people assume, I am a very petite woman.  I don't want a massive alpha, spear wielding man , a huge muscle head, or a big man in general. It makes me look like a kid when we're together.

If a significant other gets big, not a huge deal. If he gets sloppy and has ANY semblance of a man boob I would lose attraction to him. There was a skinny guy I was seeing who took off his shirt thinking it would be a turn on for me. He had too much chest fat and if I wasn't interested before, I REALLY wasn't interested then.

If I invest emotionally there's a slight difference.

Maybe for some, this is shallow but I  do work out and eat right. My health and the way I represent myself is important. Build is something a person has to work on consistently. You have to work hard for it and earn it. People are attracted to people with degrees . Why? It doesn't mean that they make good income or that they are great people? No, it doesn't. But it's the same concept. It shows you worked at something, you invested in something, and it wasn't given to you.

So op is a single person in their 20's who doesn't want a serious relationship leading to marriage, and would prefer their significant other be physically fit for the sake of attraction...

sounds like almost every single person in their 20's male or female...

I don't even understand what the dilemma is?

Well they do have them fat people or people who don't care about health/their body in their 20s tho

But even fat people prefer physically fit people.
True. Like you'll see delusional women saying I need me a 6'9 muscular dark skin dude and delusional men saying She can't weigh over 150 and has to have a nice mass and nice chest meat.

Like the level of self delusion is unreal with some fat people.
