The Witcher 3 - Wild Hunt ===== In Stores Now (PS4, PC, XB1)

Just copped a copy of this game for PS4.

I'll try to put in some time tonight.

Anyone know how to download the supposed free DLC? I'm sort of new to this.

Yo, my first time encountering a Wyvern I was like :wow:

All of the side quests can feel overwhelming at times though. I spent a couple of play throughs just knocking out as many ? locations as I could.

Game is still :pimp: though and I'm hype to see this thing all the way to the end.

This is true. Side quests plus exploring and running into random mobs of enemies can be tiresome at times.

Played for like 6-7 hours today. Sucks that I died in my second battle. Won the first one then decided to look for more enemies and got murked.

Question: I saw on youtube that there will be a scene where I will get asked what I did in The Witcher 2 and that will set up some of the stuff that will happen in this game. When does that scene happen? I haven't killed the griffin for that military guy yet. When I started the game I did click on the option for them to include The Witcher 2 decisions.

That scene doesn't happen until you leave White Orchard, and meet in Vizima. You can't miss it

Enjoying the game?

Yeah, game is pretty awesome so far. Been picking so many herbs and looting a ton of stuff. I love rpg's so this seems like a good Skyrim replacement. I want to wander and level up and earn points so I can make my character a beast.

I also want to give props to Projekt Red for saying they won't be releasing dlc's that we'll have to shell out extra money for. I'm in the batman game thread and those mofos have exclusive pre-orders for every store and a bunch of different game packs.

The dlc's for Skyrim on ps3 still cost $45 in total while the game of the year edition with all of the dlc's available costs $20-25. Ridiculous.

Most definitely agreed.

These guys are the kind of game developers I wouldn't mind giving some money time to time.

Giving a lot to your supporters breeds success in the long run.

They're also releasing 2 paid expansions

Hearts of Stone is a 10 hour story that takes place on the current map and is supposed to hit in October

Blood and Wine is 20 hours and takes place in a totally new area and releases in 2016

Been enjoying that song. Reminds me of something that would've been in Xena.

So I finally pop in witcher and I'm getting some long load times. Around 5 minutes to be exact.how can I fix this? Return The Game And Get A Different copy ?
Ask this in ps4 thread but no reply. Can anyone tell me how to fix?

Ha. Glad I always try to buy physical copies. Was about to buy instore at bestbuy last week but saw amazon had a comic book bundle and ordered that instead.

Only minor gripes I have with the game so far is when I run into bandits with higher levels than me or a pack of those crazy wild dogs and they kill me pretty fast. I try to get away but he does the stupid rolling instead of running. Also I've only encountered one blacksmith so far and I need to get cooler, stronger gear. I'm playing like Skyrim where I collect way too many things and reqch my carrying limit.

Wtf I think I have to play this on easy. I keep getting my cheeks clapped. I'm level 3 and several hours into the game and I'm still wearing the same **** you start out with. I have no good armor or anything. I cant find **** and I can't afford **** from merchants either

Craft your own armor.
